English Walks provides English Conversation Walks for groups, organisations and individuals.

Scheduled Walks:   If you wish to join a scheduled walk, the prices are as follows:

Full price £25-00
Students/unemployed £15-00


The maximum group size is 8. Each walk takes approximately 5 hours.

When your place is confirmed, you receive an English Worksheet (vocabulary, reading and research). When we meet, we go to a cafe to go over the vocabulary and reading exercise. During the walk, each student provides two or three history facts about a place they have researched beforehand. At the end, we relax over a coffee and go over the new vocabulary together. This vocabulary is posted on the website blog.

Private walks: 
If you would like an English Conversation Walk that is not on the schedule, prices are as follows:

One-to-one with a teacher:
  • £60-00 per 2.5 hour English conversation walk 

Two people: 
  • £35-00 each, per 2.5 hour English conversation walk

Three people:
  • £25-00 each, per 2.5 hour English conversation walk

All of the above includes a guided walk in an area of London; the history about the area and places we pass; continuous English conversation with corrections (vocabulary, grammar and pronunciation); a history leaflet at the end; and the opportunity go go over the new vocabulary together over a coffee at the end.

Businesses, language schools and other organisations:

If you would like to organise an English Conversation Walk for a group of your employees or students, the details are as follows:

Groups: 

a) between six and eight people: £300-00 per group
b) between four or five people: £250-00 per group

The maximum group size is 8. Each walk takes approximately four and a half hours. There will be a qualified teacher.

On booking, each student will receive an English Worksheet (vocabulary, reading and research). We begin in a cafe to go over the vocabulary and reading exercises on the Worksheet. During the guided walk, each student provides two or three history facts about a place they have researched beforehand. Your teacher and guide will provide additional history.
